William "Bill" H., passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2014. He was 73 years old and a resident of Fairfield, Ohio (Former resident of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin). William was born December 7, 1940 to Edd & Nancy (nee Nelson) Kreutzmann and was an only child. Upon graduation, Bill served our country in the Air Force Reserves, and later attended college for mortuary science. He married, and had a son, Brett. Bill owned his own funeral home from 1974-1987 and later merged with Schmidt-Bartelt Funeral Homes. He loved his chosen field of work, and took great pride in the services he provided to the families that he served. On July 16, 1989 he married Abigail "Abbie" Andrews, and later this year they would have been married for 25 years. Bill was an avid fisherman and gardener. He loved to paint, draw and had a great sense for decorating. He and Abbie spent a lot of time traveling as well. Bill loved his family, had a special bond with his dog, Molly.Those surviving who will honor Bill's memory include beloved wife: Abigail "Abbie" Kreutzmann; cherished son: Brett (Jessica) Kreutzmann; loving step-daughter: Cindy (Carl) Sweisthal; beloved grandchildren: Olivia Kilgard, and Cameron & Lily Sweisthal; cherished aunt: Irene Kreutzmann; loving cousin: Dr. Robert (Barbara) Kreutzmann; and "man's best friend" Molly. A memorial gathering will take place on Sunday June 22, 2014 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Schwefel's Restaurant in Oconomowoc. Memorials to the Oconomowoc Scholarship Fund or Cross Roads Hospice of Cincinnati, OH.
