Petzold, Sr, Robert W., of Granville, entered Eternal Life on Friday, October 25, 2013 at the age of 77 years. Loving husband of Margie (nee Williams) for 57 wonderful years. Beloved father of Robert Jr., Ken, Cathy (Carl) Goldamer, and Anne (Peter) Gehrke. Proud grandpa of Nicholas and Dylan Goldamer, and Austin Gehrke. Dear brother to Richard (Dee Dee), late Kenneth, and Cathy (late John) Ocock. Robert was preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Catherine Petzold. Special friend to Thomas Batzler and Joseph Ebert. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.  

Special thanks to two wonderful caregivers, Francis & Ann Elise for all the concern and support shown to Robert. 

Robert was a master farmer and even more a master of telling stories of the history of farming and people of Milwaukee and Ozaukee Counties. He epitomized honesty and integrity in man. He will once again, as in days past, enjoy a place where an affirmation and a handshake are all that is needed.  

Visitation for Robert will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at St. Catherine of Alexandria Catholic Church (8661 N. 76th Pl. Milwaukee, WI) from 12 PM until the Memorial Mass at 2 PM.
