Of Milwaukee died peacefully on Friday April 20th, 2012 at the age of 94. She was born in Detroit on September 23, 1917, the daughter of Harry and Blanche Pressinger. Preceded in death by her husband David L. Quabius, they had six children, Ione Daniels, Faith Quabius, Valerie Quabius (Craig Ranft), Paula Yates, Scott (Lisa) Quabius and Jay (Catherine) Quabius. Loving grandmother of Lea Daniels, Mark Daniels, Jean Daniels, Rick Riccardo, Rita Riccardo, Rachael (Randy) Riccardo-Hall, Sarah Ranft, David Ranft, Emily (Todd) Penikis, Jane (Joel) Ernest. Great grandmother to Jennifer, Anthony and great-grandmother to Madison.

The family extends a deeply felt gratitude to her caregivers at Alexian Village for their unwavering compassion and commitment.

A private service was held on Tuesday April 24, 2012 at Holy Cross Cemetery.
