Robert M. Hallenbeck Sr.

Of Mukwonago, was born Feb 9, 1931 in Hudson, NY.  Passed away on Nov 19, 2010.  He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Lou, mother-in-law Elsie Schantzen, brother-in-law Buddy Schantzen, parents George and Dorothy, younger sister Carol, younger brother Vernon (Tammy) Hallenbeck. Robert is survived by son Bob Jr., daughter-in-law Kim Hallenbeck brother-in-law Michael (Carol) Schantzen, daughter Cheryl (Paul) Cieszynski, grandchildren Tina and Brian, older brother George (Mary) Hallenbeck, and many other friends and relatives.

Served in Air Force from 1950 through 1954. Fought in the Korean War where he was awarded 5 medals. After 38 years of dedicated service to the Brunner Corp in Milwaukee he retired to Crivitz, WI. He moved to Mukwonago to live with son Bob Jr. in late 2007 where he loved to stand out by the road in front of their home on Hwy ES. And wave to the many people driving by.

A Military Honor’s Service will be held on Saturday, Dec 4 at 4:00 PM AT THE FUNERAL HOME.  The family will greet friends from 3:00 PM until the time of service at the funeral home.
