Passed away suddenly on March 13, 2010. Age 56 years. Loving husband of Raylene for 19 years. Proud dad of Samuel Alan and Wade Lee. Dear son of Martha Butler. Dear brother of the late Sammie. Son-in-law of Levellas Smith. Futher survived by other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held Tues. March 16 at the Funeral Home from 5-7 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Heart Association are appreciated.
