Ralph Gary Schwartz
Of Mukwonago, was called home by his Lord and Savior on October 19, 2026 at the age of 78.
He was the beloved husband of Shirley (Makrush) Schwartz for 61 years; beloved father of Gary (Esther) Schwartz, Ralph (Erika) Schwartz, and Amy Russell. Beloved grandfather of Stephanie (Kurt) Wolfe, Elizabeth Schwartz, Andrew Russell, Emily (Lex) Medina-Magues; Sebastian Schwartz and Jasmine Van Rooyen. Beloved great-grandfather of Jackson, Melanie and Chloe Wolfe and Josephine Codispot. Beloved brother of the late Patricia (Robert) Hinkle, Barbara (Charles) Rea, and Cathleen (William) Dinsmore. Beloved by many nieces and nephews.
Ralph worked for the Eaton Corporation for many years. His working highlight was the project manager for the Badger Drive building. He was an avid golfer and reader. Ralph was a member of the YMCA and walked every morning, after having his coffee and solving the Cryptoquip and word search in the newspaper. Ralph was a lifelong learner and he could fix anything. Family trips were important to him and the most cherished one was when he brought his entire family to Disney World to celebrate his and Shirley’s 50th wedding anniversary. Ralph was a longtime member of Vernon Presbyterian Church and served as the treasurer and elder. He will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held at the Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home (930 Main St. Mukwonago) from 2:00 PM until the time of the Service at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, October 27th.
