Sue C. Markiewicz
October 2, 1949 - October 17, 2026

Sue C. Markiewicz
Of Mukwonago, was born into eternal life on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at the age of 77.
Sue is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Mike; her son, Mike B. (April); her beloved grandchildren, Draven, Genevieve, Jackson, and Fletcher; her step-grandchildren, Alexys (Kyle), Jacob, Nathan (Sasha), and Joshua; her step-great-grandchildren, Hiero and Hada; and many cherished nieces and nephews. Sue was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Carol, and her brother, Stuart.
For 57 years, Sue shared her life with her husband, Mike. Together, they built a life full of memories, adventures, and a family she loved with all her heart.
Sue had a love for adventure and traveling. She enjoyed seeing new places, making memories, and experiencing everything life had to offer. One of her unforgettable adventures took her all the way to Africa with her son, Mike B. It was a special trip that gave them memories and stories they would always share.
Sue also loved heading up to the Northwoods, where life moved a little slower and the simple things meant a little more. She loved sitting and watching the birds, especially her beloved cardinals and hummingbirds.
Draven wasn't just Sue's grandson. He was her best friend and adventure partner. The two shared a bond that was truly special. They were a team, always ready for another adventure or simply happy spending time together. Their relationship was filled with love, friendship, laughter, and memories that will forever be treasured.
Sue loved Disney! The castles, the characters, the magic, and the reminder that you're never too old to believe in a little pixie dust. Disney was the perfect place for a woman like Sue. Full of adventure, a little bit of mischief, and plenty of magic.
Her adventures here may have ended, but the love she gave and the memories she made will live on in everyone lucky enough to have known her. Because one day, when our own adventures here are over, we believe we'll see Sue again. And there she'll be, waiting for us with that familiar smile, ready to welcome us just like she always did.
And before we can even say a word, we'll hear that voice we have missed so much...
"Hi guys!"
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Sue's memory by doing something she treasured most: spending time with the people you love. Take your family out to dinner. Put down your phones, share some laughs, tell a few stories, and enjoy being together. Order dessert, even if you're already full! The family will hold a private Celebration of Life to honor Sue, share cherished memories, and remember the love, laughter, and adventures she brought into their lives.
