(Nee Wendel) Entered God’s loving arms on Monday July 20th, 2026 at the age of 95. Beloved mother of Dennis, Deborah (John) Anderson, Donald, and Diane. Proud grandmother of 9 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandsons. Also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends. Preceded in death by her loving husband Philip; son David; great-granddaughter Kenzlee; father and mother, Anthony and Nina Wendel; and sisters Marion and Grace.

Nancy was a faithful servant of the church. She served on many committees at her church; the Greater Milwaukee Synod of the ELCA; Women of the ELCA; and Crossways Camping Ministries. As well as volunteering and assisting other groups that her children were involved with. She was also a very welcoming hostess - all were welcomed at her home and in church.

Nancy was also an avid traveler with her favorite place to visit being Hawaii. In honor of this the family will be wearing Hawaiian themed clothes. Please feel free to join the family by accessorizing your outfit with something Hawaiian.

Visitation for Nancy will be held on Thursday, July 30th, 2026, at Martin Luther Lutheran Church, 9235 W. Bluemound Rd., Milwaukee, WI from 9:30 AM until time of Service at 11 AM. Committal service will be held at 2:30 PM at Wisconsin Memorial Park, 13235 W. Capitol Dr. Brookfield, WI.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Martin Luther Lutheran Church or Crossways Camping Ministries/Pine Lake Camp would be appreciated.
