Passed peacefully on June 24, 2026 at the age of 79.  Beloved husband and best friend of Pam for over 53 years.  Dear brother of Klaus (Joyce) Scholz.  Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Udo was born in Braunschweig, Germany and moved to the United States with his family in 1957 eventually settling in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin. He graduated from UWM with a degree in history. Udo’s interests ranged from playing soccer, shooting trap, archery, woodworking and  motorcycle riding. He enjoyed being called upon by his friends and neighbors to help with any of their needs. Udo was a lifelong learner including searching YouTube/internet for little known fun factoids.

Funeral Service on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at Holy Cross Cemetery Chapel, 7301 W. Nash Street, Milwaukee at 11 AM.
