Born to Eternal Life on Friday, January 23, 2026 at the age of 55. He is survived by his daughters Harriet "Hatti", Heather, and Hazel; his siblings Mark, Julie (Dain) Donelson, and Jason (Diana); and his mother Sharon. He is preceded in death by his father Michael and his brother James. Further survived by other relatives and friends. 

Chuck graduated from UW-Platteville in '93 and worked as an electrical engineer his whole.
