Richard James Pacl was born to eternal life on November 11, 2025 at the age of 82. Richard is preceded in death by his loving wife of 57 years, Judith (Burback) Pacl.

Richard was a loving and caring father to Jeffrey (Kim) Pacl, Kristine (Don) Seebach, and Steven (Sandra) Pacl. Proud Papa of Marcelina, Brandyn(Fionna), Chandler(Reanna), Devin, Alec(Luna), Brennan, and Sydney. Loving Great-Grandpa to Cash, Cole, Jackson, Lana, Isabella, Makoa, and Ainsley.

Richard is preceded in death by his brothers Tom, Raymond, Eddie, and parents Julius & Julia Pacl.

Richard was born in Clevland, Ohio and served in the Navy straight out of high school, where he learned the electrical trade. He worked as an electrician at Staff Electric for over 40 years in the Milwaukee area. In his earlier years, Richard loved to fish on his boat with his buddies, camp with his family, and bowl in various leagues at Circle B.  After retiring at 62, you could always find him with the newspaper crossword puzzle and pencil in his hand. Family vacations were important to Richard and Judee. They would take annual up-north trips, enjoy Wisconsin Dells weekends, and relax at their favorite vacation spot- Cocoa Beach, Florida.

Richard will forever be in our hearts and has finally been reunited with his love, Judee, in eternal life. Private services will be held at Resurrection Cemetery at a later date.
