Scott Krause’s dead, 2020 Chrysler Pacifica for sale
The deceased was uber frugal so instead of paying for an obituary and a used car ad, he requested his obituary begin with the above line.
Scott passed quietly, surrounded by family on August 11, 2025. Scott was a lifelong resident of Menomonee Falls. He is survived by his husband and partner of 24 years, David Falk. Additional survivors include his son Michael, his stepsons Joseph and Joshua (Liz) Falk, his beloved grandchildren Kezia, Greyson and Henry Falk and his siblings David, Cookie, Keryl and John.
One of Scott’s greatest passions was cars. He was the rare individual who turned his passion into a career. An employee of Uptown Motors for over 40 years, Scott loved to tell stories and exchange recipes with his customers. Scott’s other great passion was cooking and feeding people. If you were invited to Scott’s house for dinner, you never left hungry. More often than not you would have been sent home with leftovers in a re-used Daisy sour cream container. If you wish to return any of these leftover containers, there will be collection bins outside the sanctuary prior to the service.
Scott liked to say he was a nobody because he wasn’t a professional athlete or a celebrity entertainer or someone in the limelight. Nothing could be further from the truth. Scott was a somebody to many, many people. Whether it’s a funny anecdote or the story of how you know Scott, you are invited to share your memories by sending an email to IRememberScott@outlook.com.

Scott's family wishes to express their thanks and gratitude to the doctors, nurses, technicians and support staff in the Froedtert Hospital CVICU. Their kindness and compassion gave peace to the family and allowed Scott to pass with grace and dignity.
