Found peace on December 29, 2023. Age 94 years. Loving wife of the late Wally. Loving mom of Kathleen Shattuck, James Schmidt, Jeffrey (Martha) Schmidt, and Sharon (Jamie) Tabbert. Proud grandma of Jessie Vance, Scott (Lori) Shattuck, Jamie Arnold, Kevin (Courtney) Pivotto, Michael (Emily) Schmidt, Jon Schmidt, Jacob Rachel, and Joshua (Cassie) Tabbert and great-grandma of Jaren and Jory Vance, Kylie and Dustin Faulhaber, Zoe and Shelby Arnold, Owen, Piper, and Henry Schmidt, Jaxson, Audrey, Landon, Christian, and Payton Tabbert, and Zacrye and Isabella Crowe. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation for Betty Lou will be held on Sunday February 4, 2024 at Emmanuel United Methodist Church, N84 W16707 Menomonee Ave., Menomonee Falls from 1 PM until the time of the Memorial Service at 2 PM. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Running Rebels Central, 1300 A West Fond du Lac Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53205, the Outreach Clinic at Froedtert Menomonee Falls or the Community League Inc., P.O. Box 101 Menomonee Falls, WI 53052-0101 are appreciated.

Betty Lou was a charter member of the Community League and she belonged to Emmanuel Community United Methodist Church for 53 years. She was also a long time child care provider.
