In loving Memory of Christopher Michael Brandys, who passed away unexpectedly on October 1, 2023 at the young age of 35.
The clouds lifted that morning, creating a path for our Christopher to enter the heavens peacefully and into the arms of our Heavenly Father.
Our family was not expecting for Chris’s life to be cut so short so soon. We are all devastated by this huge, tragic loss. Chris will forever be missed and remain in our hearts as love can never die!
Chris was born in New Jersey, a beloved son of Richard and Tammy Brandys (nee Kadlec). He grew up alongside his older sister, Nicole who he adored and looked up to. Chris, from a young age loved building and making things with his hands and he shared this passion with his boys when he became a father, making the most elaborate ball runs for his boys to enjoy. Chris was always curious of the world and that fueled his love for learning. He was always fascinated with how things functioned and eager to learn more about everything and anything, making it no surprise to us with how much he knew. Reading and listening to podcasts were one of his passions. Chris graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s degree in the field of Management Information Systems and later received a Master’s Degree of Science in Cybersecurity Management from Purdue University. Chris had a gift and you could most definitely say he was Tech-savvy.
He married his best friend and the love of his life, Natasha Solivan (nee Solivan-Trigo), on November 9, 2018 (*11:11 wish come true*). They shared so many beautiful memories together under the Florida sun and through the autumn fall leaves in Wisconsin. Natasha was blessed to know and see Chris’s loving pure self throughout their years together. You could say Chris was shy, but he shared his whole heart and sense of humor with the ones he loved the most. Nothing can ever take away a love that the heart holds dear.
Chris was happiest outdoors playing with his sons, Luca and Logan (his little fellas). He had an innate ability to find the best spots to explore and surprise his family. Some of his favorite activities included going to the gym, hiking, biking and gliding through the streets, skateboarding. He grew up loving the water and took a keen interest in surfing after learning in Hawaii. You could often find Chris in the kitchen, as he had a passion for cooking like his father, but especially baking. Chris could whip up the fluffiest, most delicious lemon, blueberry pancakes. Chris will be fondly remembered as a loving son, loving brother, loving husband, loving father, “Dada”, loving uncle “Bacon”, and so much more.
Chris truly had a kind soul with a big heart. He will dearly be missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was willing to help anyone at a moments notice. This is how we will always remember our Christopher.
Chris will be dearly missed by his wife, Natasha M. Brandys; his “little fellas”, sons, Luca Michael Brandys, and Logan Thomas Brandys; parents, Richard and Tammy Brandys; sister, Nicole (Justin) Courtney; Grandparent, Janet Peterson; Father and Mother-in-law, Gilberto Solivan and Maria Trigo; brothers-in-law, Gilberto (Sully) Solivan and Gabriel (Britt) Solivan; sisters-in-law, Frances (Joshua) Timpe, Cristina (Antonio) Fernandez.
Chris is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents and his beloved four-legged fur baby, his cat, Poncho.
The memorial visitation for Chris will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023, from 10AM until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM at St. James Catholic Church, W220 N6588 Town Line Rd., Menomonee Falls, WI 53051. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
