Richard "Rick or Ed" Klingele died peacefully with family by his side on October 9, at the age of 62 after a battle with cancer.

Rick is survived by his cherished mother, Marion (nee Sennott) Klingele. Loving husband and high school sweetheart to Linda (nee Weniger) for 43 blissful years. Beloved father of Brian (Melissa) Klingele, and Michelle (Mark) Scardino. Proud grandpa of Paige, Nolan, Aiden, Sawyer, Keegan, Jack and Hazel. Loving brother to Karen (Roger) Ellis, Patricia (Karl) Zuberbier, Paul (Linda) Klingele. Proud son-in-law of Thomas and Bonnie Weniger. Dedicated brother-in-law of Gary Weniger. He will be dearly missed by his extended family, friends and neighbors. Preceded in death by his father Donald Klingele, brother Mark Klingele, grandson Landon and Miles Klingele and many other dear family and friends.

A visitation is scheduled for Monday, October 12 at the Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home in Sussex from 5 to 7 pm.
