Went home on October 8, 2018 at the age of 59. Beloved husband of 32 years to Paula (nee Kaisler). Brother of Mark, Gary, Scott (Angela), Amy (Matt) Horgan, and the late Todd (Jacque). Brother-in-law of Jim Kaisler. Uncle of Jenny (Gary), Jim, Ciara, Bella, Blake, Luke, Jason (Sara), Jessica, Tyler, and Samantha. Preceded in death by his parents Russell and Patricia. Further survived by his father-in-law Ray and other relatives and friends.

Jay was an avid golfer and he loved all of his beloved cats. He also enjoyed his time camping at Green Lake.

Visitation at the Funeral Home on Friday, October 19, 2018 from 3 PM until time of Memorial Service at 6 PM. Private interment at Highland Memorial Park in New Berlin. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Green Lake Animal Shelter, N6217 Busse Dr. Green Lake, WI 54941 are appreciated.
