Of Mukwonago. Born into Eternal Life on August 12, 2018 at the age of 57. Jeff is survived by his beloved daughter Michelle Smart. Fiance' of Linda Beaster. Preceded in death by his father Donald Smart, his mother Janet Smart, and his sister Jill Smart. Further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Visitation at the Funeral Home (930 Main St., Mukwonago)  on Sunday August 19, 2018 from 1:00PM until the time of Memorial Service at 2:30PM.
