Joe and Mike were a year ahead of me at Homestead and I have fond memories of them from basketball (Mike and I did stats, Joe played) and AFS shows. Athletic, musically gifted, extremely bright and one of the nicest students. I know I was not the only one who held Joe in high esteem because of who he was and how he treated others. Prayers to the entire Martin Family.

Dear Martin Family,
I went to Homestead with Joe and since I live in Mequon, would see him once in awhile...mostly at Sendik's! He was a wonderful guy and am so sorry for your loss! I have had cancer twice, so I know how devastating that diagnosis can be! My thoughts and prayers are with all of you...his family! May the memories you have of Joe give you comfort and keep you strong. Am so sorry I didn't make it to his memorial, but I just found out yesterday that he passed away. May God give you comfort and peace.
My best to you...Janet Hunt

Dear Martin Family,
Please accept our deepest sympathy. All four of us had the opportunity to work with Joe. He was a wonderful kind hearted man that we all respected. We were all shocked to hear this news. We have sent a donation to the Mequon Thiensville Ed. Foundation in his memory.
