Burany, Helen S. (nee Shanahan). Of Wauwatosa.  Age 95.  Passed away Friday, May 11, 2012, at Three Pillars in Dousman.  Beloved wife for 75 years of Frank. Dear mother of Richard “Dick”.   Dear grandmother of Matthew (Renee) Burany,  Jason (Susie) Burany and her great-grandson, Jake.  Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.   Visitation Thursday, May 17 from 9:30am until time of Memorial Service at 11:30am at the Funeral Home.   In lieu of flowers, memorials to Susan G. Komen for the Cure Milwaukee Affiliate.   Helen and Frank owned and operated the Sleepy Hollow Motel in Elm Grove for many years. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary for the South Shore Yacht Club and the Indianapolis Drivers.  She was also a RED hat lady.
