Mattes, Hilda ‘Hildchen’ (nee Klug) Of Glendale. Passed away suddenly on Tuesday April 3, 2012 at the age of 74 years. Beloved wife for 50 years of Walter Mattes. Cherished mother of Heidi (Jerry) Ziemendorf and Jeff (Lisa) Mattes. Treasured Oma of Zachary (7) and Emily (3) Mattes. Dear sister of Gus (Pat) Klug. Preceded in death by her parents, Gustav and Johanna Klug and her brother Helmut. Further survived by other relatives and many special friends.

Funeral Services Saturday April 7 at 12:00 Noon at ST. JOHN’S LUTHERAN CHURCH, 7877 North Port Washington Rd. Glendale. Visitation Saturday at the CHURCH from 10:00 AM-11:45 AM. Private Interment Wisconsin Memorial Park. If desired, memorials to St. John’s Lutheran Church appreciated. Hilda was a volunteer at Columbia St. Mary’s-Milwaukee.
