Wilbur A. Schemm
July 24, 1930 - February 28, 2012
        
Wilbur A. Schemm of Wild Rose, WI, formerly of Helenville and Oconomowoc, died at age 81 on February 28, 2012.  Prior to his retirement in 1993, Wilbur worked at Carnation/Nestle U.S.A. in Ocononowoc for 37 years.  He is survived by wife Katherine of  Wild Rose; daughter, Cindy (Charles) Kiesow of Hartford; son, Rick (Donna) Schemm of Eau Claire; and two grandsons, Jacob Schemm of Minneapolis, MN and Isaac Schemm of Eau Claire; and other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Leona Schemm and brother Richard Schemm. Wilbur will be remembered as a hard worker who enjoyed being outdoors and working on his many projects.  Funeral services will be held at Dr. Martin Luther Church in Oconomowoc on Saturday, March 3 at 11:00 a.m.  Visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to the service.  Schmidt-Bartelt Funeral Home is assisting the family. The family would like to thank the staff of Wild Rose Manor in Wild Rose for the kind and loving care provided to Wilbur during the last three years.
