DeMeyer, Norma G. (nee Blasius) Of Mukwonago, formerly of Vermillion, SD and Libertyville, IL. Passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at the age of 94 years. Norma was born on March 8, 1917, the beloved daughter of Nickolas and Isabele (nee Hickson) Blasius. She was the beloved wife of the late Albert DeMeyer. Together Norma and Albert raised seven children, Robert DeMeyer of South Milwaukee, WI, William (Beth) DeMeyer of Mukwonago, WI, Art (Susan) DeMeyer of Mukwonago, WI, Jane DeMeyer of Oconomowoc, WI, Lois (Tom) Schneider of Wauwatosa, WI, Gail (Tim) Sauvage of St. Charles, IA and Elizabeth DeMeyer of St. Francis, WI. Norma is survived by her children, eight grandchildren; Kristyn (Ed) Rose, Janna and Lindsay Schneider, Rebecca (Josh) Dahl, Bill (Elizabeth) and Amy DeMeyer and Eric and Matthew Sauvage, seven great-grandchildren; her brother John Blasius; her sister Joan (Harvey) Rindt and her sister-in-law Susie Blasius. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her infant son, Morris, her brothers and their spouses; Carroll (Rose) Blasius, Earl Blasius, Thomas Blasius and Robert Blasius and her sisters and their spouses; Gertrude (Elmer) Vogt, Marie (Leo) DeMeyer and Jeanette McMurtrie. Norma is further survived by other loving relatives and friends. Private family services were held with burial in Caldwell Cemetery in Waterford.
