Johnson, Karen J. (nee Esch) Passed away unexpectedly on May 26, 2011 at the age of 70. Karen is preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Lois Esch, her brother, Gordon Esch, and her sister, Gail Motley. Survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Wayne Johnson and her sweet dog and love of her life, Ginger. Dear sister of Susan (Hermann) Wonka. Aunt of Terry (Terry Schlee) Englert, Michelle (Rick) Sharp, Matthew Motley and Kimberly Esch. Great aunt of Stephanie Englert, Samantha Englert, Kylie Sharp and Cody Motley. Further survived by family and many dear friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday June 1, 2011 at THE FUNERAL HOME from 4pm until time of service at 7:30pm. Private burial Valhalla Memorial Park. Karen was a retiree of Northwestern Mutual after 37 proud years. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or the American Cancer Society are greatly appreciated.
