Thicke, Kathleen Marie (nee Weber) Born on March 9, 1941 in La Crosse and died peacefully surrounded by her family on March 8, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Ray. Loving mom of Shelly (John) Ganzer, Mike (Laurie) Thicke and Lisa (David) Mann. Dear grandma of Ryan (Kim), Brett, Tyler, Mike, Shannon, Billy, Kevin and Eric. Cherished sister of the late Jack, Ed and Bud. Kathy was a friend and a nurse to many. Her days were filled with helping people, enjoying friendships, making wine, traveling to many parts of the world, gardening, appreciating nature, throwing parties, cheering for the Brewers, volunteering with her many talents and being the glue that connected her many dear friends. Independent and strong, she showed many how to live their lives to the fullest- regardless of what challenges were thrown her way. Kathy was a living example of her faith through her deeds for others and was comforted by that same faith in her death. Her many years of caring hospice work was returned to her by doctors and nurses at CMH and prepared her for this special time. Visitation will be held on Friday March 12, 2010 AT THE FUNERAL HOME from 4PM until 8PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday March 13, 2010 AT ST. JAMES CATHOLIC CHURCH, W220 N6588 Town Line Rd. in Menomonee Falls, at 9:30AM. Burial at Resurrection Cemetery in Mequon. Meet at the chapel at 1PM.
