Of Sussex, August 27, 2026, Age 93 years. Beloved husband of the late Joyce (nee Scesniak).  Loving father of Kurt, Sue (John) Devine-Simon, Jaymes, Judy, Dean (Christine), Sandy (Jeff) Wegener, Catey Barnish, Betty (Doug) Nettesheim and Peter (Patty) Devine. Dear brother of Tom (Sandy), Ted (Maryann), Kay (Jack) Parker and brother-in-law of Jackie Kelly. Further survived by 21 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Bert is preceded in death by his parents James and Ida; grandchildren Mark, Samantha and Joe; siblings Bill, Bob, Pete, Theresa, Janice, Marilyn, Dave, Pat, Mike and Dan.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 9:30AM until time of Memorial Mass at 11AM at St. James Catholic Church, W220 N6588 Town Line Rd. Menomonee Falls. Private inurnment will take place at the church cemetery immediately following Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Bert’s name to the church are greatly appreciated.
