Ambrose (Andy) Skenandore (1954 -2026) passed away peacefully on August 18th, 2026, surrounded by his family at Froedert Hospital Main Campus Milwaukee. Born on February 8, 1954, in Howard WI Ambrose was the epitome of hard work, resilience and full of love.
Ambrose was a father of three children, and a grandfather of seven. He believed in the power of family, being a supportive friend, and was respected by many in his journey. Ambrose enjoyed horseback riding in his younger years, fishing and hunting small/large games, playing recreational sports in his older years, he supported his children & grandchildren at their sporting events. ♥️
He worked as a WI State Surveyor for 14 yrs, moved to Menomonee Falls where he retired at E & L Plastics (1988-2012) a family-owned company. Resilient to keep working he joined his son’s company ANASA Traffic Control as a shop manager, where he showed up every day made coffee, brought donuts/candy for the crew, if you needed anything he would find the answer or give you advice, with a comfort of his smile. ♥️
Ambrose was preceded in death by his father and mother Ambrose Sr Skenandore (Patricia John), sister Marie Smith, brothers Mikey John, Danny Skenandore and surviving sibling Gloria Skenandore.
♥️ He is survived by his wife of 52 years Cheryl Ann Skenandore, two daughters Julie Ann Robinson, and Stacy Lee Skenandore, son Adam Joseph Skenandore (Nicole), Seven grandchildren Keenyn Fields (28), Dakota Skenandore (28), Austin Skenandore (24), Sakari Skenandore (20), Aaven Skenandore (14), Javon Robinson (21), Kira Meritt (11), along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss him.

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday August 29th, 2026, at the Schmidt & Bartelt funeral home N84 W17937 Menomonee Ave, Menomonee Falls WI. 53051. The memorial gathering will begin at 10:00 am until the time of a Celebration of life service beginning at 12:00 pm. Please arrive at the funeral home by 11:45 to be able to greet the family.
