(nee Cuthebertson) Formerly of East Lansing, passed away peacefully in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at the age of 78. Loving mother of Adrianne Busch and the late Ellen B. Custer. Cherished grandmother of Ainsley, Gunnar and Sydney Busch and Lucy & Chloe Custer. Dear sister-in-law of Paul C. Pringle. Further survived by adoring nieces, Jennifer Fahey, Catherine Pringle, Cynthia Pringle, nephew Warren Pringle; and many other nephews and relatives, including longtime companion Duane Shank, Scott (Jordan) Custer, Greg Busch and an abundance of friends who adored her. Cathy is preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Jim, her sister, Cynthia Pringle and her parents, Harold “Chum” and Ruth M. Cuthbertson.

A celebration of Cathy’s Life will be held in East Lansing in June.
