Passed away April 23, 2026 after a long and valiant battle with cancer at the age of 75. 

Tim was born on November 8, 1950 in Milwaukee, WI.  He spent his years growing up in Cedarburg and Fox Point, with Mequon as his final home. He attended Nicolet High School and UWM.

Tim was the second youngest of eight children. He is survived by Raymond (Helen) Handley, Kathleen (Jerome) Leinberger, Robert Handley Jr., Jack (Jo) Handley and Penelope Lindeman. He is also survived by his wife Kathleen Elise (nee Hanshalter) and in-laws, nieces and nephews.

He is Preceded in death by his parents Robert and Mareta Handley, sisters Jerri Tomaczewski and Sue Kehoe, nephews Eric Billings and Tim Kehoe and niece Patricia K. Handley.

Tim will be remembered for his kindness, humor and humility. He was a very loving man.

Special thanks to Froedtert Hospital physicians and staff as well as the staff at Menomonee Falls Health and MHC hospice , who tenderly cared for him is final days. 

A celebration of Tim’s life will be on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at Homeplate Asylum Sports Bar, 7520 Donges Bay Road, Mequon starting at 12 Noon.  In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Judes or a humane society of your choice.
