(née Colla) Born to Eternal Life April 18, 2026 at the age of 94. Beloved mother of Angela (Jeff) Kjorlien and Jude (Kim Kellner) Kaczkowski. Proud grandmother of Abigail Kjorlien and Edward Kjorlien. Dear sister of Joseph Colla. Further survived by other family and friends.
Preceded in death by her husband Edward Kaczkowski and siblings Tom Colla, Anna Maria Colla, Mary Mason, John Colla and Rose Topczewski.
Angeline was born on March 21, 1932. She grew up on 62nd and Lapham in West Allis, WI. She graduated from West Allis Central High School in June, 1950. From there she began working at Allis Chalmers where she met and eventually married Edward Kaczkowski. She later started a career as a secretary at Sacred Heart Monastery in Hales Corners, WI, which helped fulfill her passion of being a devout Catholic.
After her first child was born, she chose to stay home and raise her family, often babysitting for friends as her children grew.
She was most proud of her grandchildren and was so excited when they were around her. She would share stories with them of her childhood and it didn’t matter if they heard the same story 10 times. They would still listen.
After her husband passed, she lived with her daughter for 15 years until her passing.
Visitation will be held at St Gabriel Catholic Parish Church, 1200 St Gabriel Way, Hubertus, WI 53033, Friday, May 8 from 11:00 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial is celebrated at 12:00 p.m. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee, WI. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Washington County Humane Society.
We would like to thank the hospital staff at Aurora Grafton, Froedtert West Bend Hospital, Samaritan Health in West Bend and Allay Hospice for the wonderful care they provided. We would also like to thank her personal caregivers Jody, Debbie, Georgette, her very good friend Audrey and most of all, her very good friend Kristin for the bond they built and the care she gave her for the last 5 years.
