Wantland, Sharon F. (nee Lorenz)

Went Home on April 20, 2026, at the age of 86. Beloved mom of Barb (Bill) Thoma, Sherri (Mark) Mayer and Mark (Jessalyn) Wantland. Proud grandma of Rick (Jess), Dan (Mallory), Chris (Shannon), Nick, Mateo (Chloe), Natalie, Jack, Allen, Troy, Luke, Jake and Isabella. Great-grandma of 8. Preceded in death by her parents, Rudy and Mic Lorenz and her children Jim and Judy.

Sharon enjoyed quilting, baking, planting flower gardens and volunteering at church. She was very fond of Elvis, watching Seinfeld and rummaging. She loved her family and all animals, especially dogs. We will miss her dearly.

Visitation will be Saturday April 25, 2026, at Falls Baptist Church, N69 W12703 Appleton Ave. in Menomonee Falls, from 9am until time of funeral service at 11am. Private burial at Pinelawn Memorial Park.

The family would like to thank all of Sharon’s caregivers for all of their support and kindness. Memorials to the Alzheimer’s Association would be greatly appreciated.
