Patrick “Pat” Peter Zirngibl born May 7, 1946, found peace on February 18, 2026, at the age of 79. 

Pat leaves behind his best friend and loving companion Linda West.  Cherished children Tami Wittliff (John), Teri (Tom) Benko, Julie (Justin) Pedersen, and Katie (Greg) Zacharias.  He was the proud grandpa to Tyler, Emma, Jacob, Jack, Callie, Ashley, Ethan, and Joe; and great grandchildren Adeline and Mackson.  Also left to cherish his memory are his sister Mary (Greg) Szajna and many other family and friends. 

Pat is described by his family as a man who loved being “on the go” as he enjoyed tailgating, grilling, fishing, and watching the Brewers and Packers.  His favorite pastime was spending an afternoon at Potawatomi while indulging in a fish fry and onion rings. 

His greatest joy was his family.  Without hesitation, he showed up anywhere and everywhere for his grandkid’s sports and activities, creating many fond memories. 

In addition to his parents Elmer and Gertrude (nee Enders) Zirngibl, Pat was preceded in death by his son Jim Zirngibl and Karen Konzal. 

A visitation will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM until 12:00, with a mass at 12:00 at St. James The Less Catholic Church in Mukwonago (830 E Veteran’s Way). 

In true Pat fashion, feel free to wear a flannel top.
