Peter (Pete) Ronge from Milwaukee, Wisconsin died unexpectedly on February 8, 2026 on his 84th birthday. Peter was born on February 8, 1942 to Carroll and Margaret (née Marschall) Ronge in Milwaukee. He was a devout Catholic and a member of Christ King Parish for 57 years.
Pete was the beloved husband of Arlene (née Theisen) and the devoted father of Joseph (Beverly) and David. He was the very proud grandfather of Samantha, Kayla, Jordan, and Matthew. He is survived by his siblings Katharine (Thomas) Tanty and James (Diane) Ronge. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Pete graduated from Pius XI High School with the class of 1960. He served in the Army Reserves for 5 years. He was a proud member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union Local #18. Pete was blessed with 24 years of retirement and spent much of his time at his lake cabin on White Potato Lake. There he enjoyed time with family, a little fishing, and many pontoon boat rides. Pete was happiest being with his family, attending his grandchildren’s sporting events and activities, following the Packers and Brewers, and helping family, friends, and neighbors. If there was anything to be fixed, repaired, modified, or built, Peter was your guy!

His visitation will be held on Thursday, February 19TH, from 10:30 a.m. until noon, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Christ King Catholic Parish (2604 N. Swan Blvd., Wauwatosa, WI 53226).
