Roger A. Pugh
Roger Pugh was born into eternal life on Saturday February 7, 2026 at the age of 59. Roger was born on April 11, 1966 in Waukesha, WI and grew up in Caldwell, WI where he settled for his adult life and maintained many close friendships. Roger was a member of Caldwell Methodist Church.
Roger met his soulmate Robin and married in 2009. Together they enjoyed many common interests and hobbies that enabled them to share their love of the outdoors.
Roger had a passion for fishing, especially on the Petenwell Lake, and enjoyed sharing his special walleye fish fries with friends and family. Roger liked to snowmobile and was an active participant and volunteer with Jack Pine Savages Snowmobile/UTV Club as well as the Wind Lake Drifters Snowmobile Club. While Roger introduced Robin to the love of snowmobiling, it was Robin who challenged Roger to up his golf game. Roger was a devout fan of the Milwaukee Brewers and attended several games each season.
Some of Roger’s happiest times were spent with Robin “Up North” at their home in Big Flats, Wisconsin, where they made many special memories together. Roger truly appreciated the fabulous trails right out their back door, as well as the many special nights spent watching a bonfire with friends and family.
After graduating from WCTC, Roger established a successful career in welding, and enjoyed his long-time employment with Weldall Manufacturing in Waukesha, WI.
If you’ve ever spent time with Roger listening to music, you know that he is the utmost authority on everything eighties hair bands! He knew them all!
Roger will be dearly missed by his loving wife Robin (Jacobson) Pugh as well as; his son Ryan (Ashley) Pugh, step-son Zack (Justina Sadler) Jensen; Proud Grandpa/Papa to River, Reagan, Hudson and Charlie; caring brother of David Pugh, Lora (Tom) Stumpf, Brian (Pam) Pugh, Bruce (Karen) Pugh. He is further survived by many beloved aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends. Roger was preceded in death by his parents Ken and Nancy Pugh.
Visitation will be held Saturday, February 21, 2026 at the Schmidt and Bartelt funeral home (920 Main Street, Mukwonago) from 12 Noon until the time of memorial service at 2PM.
Memorial donations can be given to Tichigan Volunteer Fire Department in memory of Roger.
When the weather gets nice out, there will be a Celebration of Life Service for Roger and it will be announced on the website.
