Kevin John Harrington of Milwaukee, formerly of Menomonee Falls passed away unexpectedly on January 20th, 2026, at the age of 67.
Kevin graduated from Marquette University with a degree in Journalism. As a reporter, he wrote for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. This led to a career with the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office in the Crisis Response Unit as a Victim Witness Advocate. Kevin was first a family man. He was also a published writer, artist, historian, dedicated volunteer, life coach, hitchhiker, hurling coach, fisherman, proven producer, and self-proclaimed cowboy.
Kevin is the beloved husband of the late Kathy Harrington. He is survived by his children Charles (Sarah) Tuescher, Jack (Samantha) Tuescher and Coleman (Melissa) Harrington.
Proud grandpa of Kylie, Owen, Rayna Tuescher, Rory Tuescher and Tucker Harrington. Dear brother of Daniel (the late Kate) Harrington, Maureen (Edmund), Staroselec, Michael (Mary) Harrington, Timothy Harrington and Patrick (Nancy) Harrington. Kevin is the cherished companion of Maggie Hagen and her children Molly Bangs, her children Chloe, Jack, and Lucine Bangs, Spencer Bangs, and Willow Bangs. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends.
Kevin was also preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Mildred Harrington.
Funeral Services for Kevin will be held Friday January 30th, 2026 at Mother of Good Counsel Catholic Parish 6924 West Lisbon Ave. Milwaukee, WI. 53210. The visitation will begin at 11:00am until 12:45pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00pm. Private family at burial at Holy Cross will be held at a later date.
