Peter W. Utech of the Town of Erin passed away on December 17th, 2025 at the age of 77 years. He is the loving husband of Susan (nee Berendt) Dear dad of Sandie (Ryan Tobin) Paul, Pete Jr. (Jennifer) Utecht.

Proud grandpa of Nicole (Dan) Winkels, Danielle (Wesley) Abfalder, Kayline (Lucas) Nuss, Courtney (Tom) Loke, Brittany (Peter) Gehring, Peter Utecht III, Samantha (Cyrus) Cundy. Great grandpa of Braiden, Parker, Isabella Winkels, Peyton, Aubree, Talollah, Annabelle Abfalder, Ella, Lola Nuss, Sage Carson Loke, Augustine, Colette, Wilhelmina, Arlyn Gehring. Further survived by other relatives and many friends Funeral services for Peter will be held on Saturday January 3, 2026 at the Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home W250 N6505 Hwy 164 Sussex

The visitation will begin at 10:00am  until the time of service at 12:00. Peter will be buried at the Pleasent Hill Cemetery Hartford.
