Dear Susan,
We were shocked to learn of Rich’s passing. So young and way too soon. Please accept our sympathy for your profound loss. It is wonderful to know that your faith and your family will surround you with love as you navigate the road ahead and discover your “revised” purpose in life.

So very sorry to hear about Rich's passing. I had the honor of working for Rich as both a consultant and then as an employee. Such a genuinely nice and caring soul. My deepest sympathies to the Kolbe family.

A wonderful guy, friend and neighbor taken way too soon. I so enjoyed his positive energy when we would chat briefly during our morning runs/walks in Solar Heights.

With heartfelt sympathy to the family of Rich. He was a kind and gentle soul and an awesome Director. I had the honor of having served under his direction for several year. God Bless You Rich. Totally shocked!

Blessed to have met such an amazing and sweet man. With such an incredible attitude towards life, family, and really everything. Thinking of Susan and all the family in this hard time.

Susan and family, We prayed for Richard's healing from the moment we found out of his illness. God had other plans for him ad took him to rest in heaven. My sister and I are thankful we had the privilege to meet the young man who came to Nicaragua to help the poor. Our lives were enrich by his presence and friendship. May he rest in peace.
Our deepest Condolences are with Susan, children, grandchildren, his siblings and the entire Kolbe family.
