Lisa Jean Crawford Mass of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, found peace on October 15, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Born in Moline, Illinois, on January 26, 1974, Lisa grew up in Reynolds, IL, and graduated from Rockridge High School in 1992. She went on to graduate from Illinois State University, where she met the love of her life, Michael “Bud” Mass. Lisa graduated in 1996. She and Bud were married on October 31, 1998.

Lisa’s proudest role was that of a committed wife and mother. Her son, Samson, born March 28, 2005, was the center of her world.

Lisa had a deep love for Disney and reality TV shows. She enjoyed traveling and gathering the details of her family’s ancestry. She was a proud fan of the Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs.

Lisa had a generous giving spirit that led her to do good wherever she could. Always eager to help others, she was a faithful member of Emmanuel Community United Methodist Church devoting her time to the Children’s Ministry Team and Summerfield Food Program. She was also a founding member of the church’s Rooted and Rising Team.

Lisa is survived by her loving husband, Michael, and son, Samson, of Menomonee Falls, WI; her parents, Robert and Alice Crawford of Reynolds, IL; her brother, Lauren (Mary Kay) Crawford of Taylor Ridge, IL; sisters Lori (Todd) Walker of Broomfield, CO, and Luci (Ben) Goodnight of Illinois City, IL.

She is also survived by Wanda Mass, her brothers-in-law Mark (Karen) Mass, Andrew Mass, John (Micki) Mass, and Jim (Jeanine) Mass, sisters-in-law: Kathleen Lutz and Kristin (Aaron) Milberger. She cherished her nieces, nephews, and their families.

Lisa’s life was enriched by the love of dear friends, especially Tara (30Acre) Schulz and her family.

She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents (including her Granny), her mother-in-law Julianna Mass, father-in-law Edward Mass, and her beloved pets, Droopy and Sawyer.

A service to honor Lisa will be held at Emmanuel Community United Methodist Church on November 1, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. with visitation beginning at 10:00.
