Margaret A. Capper
November 30, 1964 - April 9, 2025

Margaret was born to Peter and Sandi LoCoco on November 30, 1964. She was married to Paul, her dear husband of 25 years. Together they raised their beloved children Sam and Emily.

Margaret was a devout Catholic, serving faithfully at Christ King Parish as a trustee for many years. She sat on the finance committee at Divine Savior Holy Angels High School, her alma mater. With her faith at the center of everything she did, her service to the community was her pride and joy.

She worked as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending for North Shore Bank over the past 11 years, long after starting her banking career as a teller at First Wisconsin Bank when she was only 19 years old. She had a passion for working with small businesses, leading to her leadership role with the Latino Chamber of Commerce of Southeastern Wisconsin. She also taught financial literacy at Marquette University High School and led fiscal responsibility classes for youth in foster care through Bridge to Brighter. Recently, Margaret was named a “Milwaukee Women of Influence” award recipient for her impactful work throughout the city.

Margaret was born to Eternal Life on Wednesday evening, April 9, 2025, surrounded by her family. In addition to her husband and children, she is survived by her siblings, Dr. Salvatore (Susan) LoCoco, Francis (Lydia) LoCoco, Mary (John) Rindone, and Therese (Andrew) Milbrath. She is further survived by countless other brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, and many dear friends.

A special thanks to those that were always there for her, especially during these last weeks, and to her doctors, nurses, and staff at Froedtert Hospital. Your loving care and compassion made her final days a true blessing, helping her pass peacefully into her new life in Christ. Her selflessness and love will live on through all that knew her.

Visitation will take place Sunday, April 13 at Schmidt and Bartelt Funeral Home (10121 W. North Avenue Milwaukee, WI 53226) from 4pm until the time of a Prayer Vigil Service taking place at 7pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 1:30pm at Christ King Catholic Church (2646 N. Swan Boulevard, Wauwatosa, Wisconsin). A procession to Holy Cross Cemetery for the committal service and entombment will follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Margaret’s name to Bridge to Brighter.
