Michael "Mike" L. Mackesey
Of East Troy, was born into eternal life on March 22, 2024. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Mary Alice Mackesey (nee Dobson) of 59 years. Loving father of Tim Mackesey, Dan (Linda) Mackesey, and Peggy (Brian) Kilpin; proud grandpa of Amanda Miller (Fiancé Kyle Tate), Mitchell (Arie) Mackesey, Michael Mackesey, Rachel Mackesey, Emily Mackesey, Katrina Kilpin and Karmin Kilpin; two great-grandchildren Owen Asuma and Sutton Mackesey. He was preceded by his parents Leonard and Cecilia Mackesey and his sister Marilyn Tiller.
Mike proudly served his country in the U.S. Army with the 32nd Brigade Red Arrow Division. He enjoyed hunting, gun collecting, and loved dogs. Mike will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 7 at the Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home (930 Main St. Mukwonago) from 1:00 PM until the time of the Service at 3:00 PM. Private family burial to be held at Southern WI Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery.
