William "Bill" Charles Pelant of Mequon.  Born to Eternal Life on April 8, 2023 at the age of 67.  Preceded in death by his parents Charles and Muriel Pelant. 

Loving husband of Karen for 34 years.  Devoted father of Thomas and John.  Dear brother of Barbara Ehley, Nancy (Randy) Baures and Michael (Jill) Pelant.  Son-in-law of Don and Rosemary Cowan.  Brother-in-law of the late Ken (Heidi) Cowan, Kevin (Linda) Cowan,  Kathy (the late Mark) Fisher, Brian (Teresa) Cowan, Pam (Paul) Guilbault, and Carol (Bob) Budish. Further survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Bill was the owner of Lark Uniform of Milwaukee for 43 years.  He relocated the business from Kinnickinnic Avenue to Howell Avenue in the late 1980s growing it from selling postal and transit driver uniforms to include uniforms and accessories for police, fire, sheriff, and more. The success of the business was largely due to his emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.  Bill liked to play golf, spend time with his family and visit his in-laws in Florida.  He was warm, loving and compassionate with a wonderful sense of humor.  Bill will be dearly missed by his family and friends. 

Mass of Christian Burial was held on April 12, 2023.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to the charity of your choice.
