Please accept my deepest sympathy for the passing of Dave. We did an incredible amount of work together as I was the city urban development manager and DPW was always a key player in what I did. Dave was the DPW's point person on these projects for most of my career. He was not only a great engineer but a great collaborator (not a quality enjoyed by all engineers:)). He was patient with me as a young and inexperienced manager and we became friends. He set a wonderful example for being a great professional and a good man. Please know he will remain in my prayers. I'm sure he is enjoying his eternal reward and do what he can to help his friends and family. God Bless Dave Novak!!!

We are so sorry to hear about Dave’s passing. Our place is just down from their lake home. Walking past their home will not feel the same. We enjoyed stopping and talking to Dave and getting a chance to give Hunter some attention.
