My sincere sympathy. I know your “club” ladies and Don have welcomed you with loving arms. It was a pleasure to know you and your family. Rest easy sweet and strong lady. Fly high??

I was so lucky to be the youngest “surprise” added to the many children of club. Club told me at one of the many lunches I enjoyed with them, when I was 45, that I was a surprise! Never knew it, and only felt love, laughter, and joy from these strong women in my life. Stories shared, family picnics at the cottage in Oconomowoc, South Shore Water Frolics, pig roasts, lobster boil, the joke gift Don gave my dad of a live goose! Are just a few fun memories I enjoyed as the youngest child of these lifelong gals. I was lucky enough to tag along for many events. Club met for dinner, events and eventually lunches from the age of 19 well into their 80s. Willough was always so patient with me as a kid. I had a few lucky resale shopping adventures with her to enjoy not too long ago. She, and all of the club ladies, will always be in my heart and I shall cherish all these ladies taught me. Willough will be cherished forever in my heart and she will be missed by those who knew her. To this day she pops into my mind frequently… May the great memories bring strength to all y’all!
