Pastor Don was a great and tremendous blessing for so many! My memories of Pastor Don largely involve ministry work. I participated actively at The Point of Grace while he was an active pastor. He always had timely, relevant sermons for his congregation that always found a way to hit home. One of my fondest memories with the Pastor was inviting people to church one evening. We spent a couple of hours canvassing the block around the University Wisconsin- Milwaukee inviting as many as we could find. What a tremendous memory and blessing! And he always loved the TPOG band! My sincerest condolences to his wife and family. Even though he is missed, I know that he is celebrating with his savior in heaven. RIP Pastor Don.

Oh Max and family! We were so very sad to hear of Don's passing. He was a wonderful, humble and fun man who will be greatly missed. You've both always had a special place in our hearts. We rejoice that he's with the Lord and that we will all be reunited again someday. Max, we send you hugs and prayers and much love to you and yours, Pam & Steve Nuss

Deepest sympathies to all of you. We were honored to hand our home over to you and Don and now that he's in his Divine home, he will continue doing God's work as he always has. We treasure his kindness and hospitality every time we asked to bring friends and family in to see all the beautiful things you've both done to your home. Our hearts go out to you as you find a way to carry on your family legacy with Don working from the other side. Love to you and your whole family. Jackie, Duncan and Laura Scully

Max and family
We are so sorry to hear of Pastor Don's passing. We have many memories of our years together. The first memory that comes to mind is the two of us locked out of WLC. Pastor was a humble and appreciative servant of the Lord. Our appreciation for his leadership at Holy Scripture can not be expressed in words. We are keeping you and yours family in our prayers.

I recall Don (at KMLHS) as always being upbeat, positive, and smiling! God blessed both his family and those whom he served. Rest in peace until we meet again.

Dan was one of my heroes of faith… He confirmed me into the Lutheran faith after instructing me in the teachings of the Bible. He and his family hold a special place in my heart. I am so sorry for your loss, but I rejoice with you that he is with his Savior and that we will one day be reunited with him!
