(Nee Fink) Died peacefully on October 15, 2021 at the age of 91. Loving mother of Ann Pursell, Peter (Helen), Mary, Rich (Judy), George (Joanne), and Cathy (Andrew) Spahr; mother-in-law of Sue Phillips. Cheerful grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Dearest sister of Mary Schuld, JoAnn Touchett, Art (Ann) Fink Jr, Ed (Claire) Fink, and George (Mary) Fink; sister-in-law of Jeff Daly. Also survived by many caring relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Art and Tess Fink, sister, Kathy Daly, brother-in-law, John Touchett Sr, and former spouse, Samuel Phillips.

Bette was an entrepreneur, free spirit and independent woman who hosted great parties and explored life’s deeper meanings through poetry and philosophy.

A special thank you to Cathy, Andrew, Owen and Lola for their loving care of Grandma Bette during the past 10 months.

A fete for Bette befitting her fondness for Fourzies is scheduled. The family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, November 21st at Alioto’s, 3041 N Mayfair Road from 3pm-4pm with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres to follow.
