James H. "Jim" Milkie
January 26, 1964 - October 13, 2021

Formerly of Menomonee Falls. Found peace October 13 at the age of 57. Beloved husband of Carmela “Carmie” (nee Kerner). Loving and devoted father of Angela (Jay) Milkie-Stokes and Natalie Milkie. Proud grandpa of Sikhona Rose Stokes. Cherished son of Bernie and Carol (nee Felske) and son-in-law of Bill and Mary Kerner. Brother of Cathy Milkie, Mary Jo (Kevin) Lemon and Lori (Jim) Opitz and brother-in-law of Stephanie (Paul) Meyer and Jim (Lily) Kerner. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Jim was a family man through and through. From his mischievous adolescence with his siblings and buddies, hopping in the back of the station wagon for week-long camping trips; to attending his daughters' dance lessons and band concerts; family was his purpose.

Jim worked hard to provide for his family. He was a familiar face at many locations we regularly visit like Pizza Hut, Subway, CVS, Speedway and "The Pig". He always made his store better than he found it.

In his free time, Jim enjoyed cooking, playing cards, golf, and watching ESPN & Fox News. Chef extraordinaire of the family, Jim could whip up anything you asked with zest and pride. He loved to banter and push political buttons.

Jim had just graduated to grandpa status in 2020. He loved his daughters unconditionally and made sure they had everything they needed. And he adored his beloved wife, soul mate and best friend. We will remember him forever.
