(Mike and Terese's sister) I'm sorry for your loss.

~ Sue Kloehn, Germantown, WI

Please accept my condolences. I was one of Sandy’s colleagues at the City of Milwaukee. She was a supportive administrator in our department, and she helped me through some difficult times in my career. She frequently spoke of her family, especially taking her children between sporting events. She is sincerely missed.

To Dan and all of Sandy's family: I was very sad to hear of Sandy's passing. Her kindness, dedication to work, commitment to family, and her wonderful laugh are realities that will remain with us. The best we can do is live up to her great example of appreciating life's opportunities. Over time you will manage this loss. God bless, Mark Nicolini

I remember Sandy because she and I worked on the same floor together at NIDC. I remember that she had a beautiful smile and there were some days when she looked absolutely radiant. She must have been very happy about something then. I did not know her well but I do remember her and I feel very sad about her early passing and very sad for the pain of loss that her family is experiencing. God bless you, Sandra Rotar. May you rest in blissful everlasting peace.

~ Matthew Kleman, Milwaukee, WI
