Born to Eternal Life on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at the age of 90. Shirley was preceded in death by Robert her beloved husband of 61 years and now both will be greatly missed. Loving mother of Tom (Darlene), Linda (Richard Pyka) and Nancy (Randy Jackson). She sadly leaves behind her 4 grandchildren Lucas (Laura), Kyle (Naomi), Nathan and Nicholas and 5 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by her brother James (Pat) Fendt, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her sister Katherine Schlender.

Shirley will be remembered as a very special person who put everybody else first before herself. When she worked at the nursing home as a nurse’s aide, she would often visit with the residents on her days off, especially the holidays when they had no family of their own. She was always happy with just the simple things in life.

No funeral per her request. Private service for the immediate family.
