Our heartfelt sympathy for the Mendoza family. Roger will be remembered by the whole Wisconsin Filipino community, as some one who cared for his fellow Filipinos.
The annual Filipino Community events will be part of his legacy, as he will be missed every Holiday Folk Fair, every FAAWIS picnic, and all other Filipino gatherings.
