Roman Anthony Lopez
March 7, 2008 - January 11, 2020

Went home to the Lord on January 11th 2020.  Age 11.  Roman is survived by his loving mother, Rochelle.

Doting grandparents Denise Shipley and Richard (Mary) Lopez.  Great grandparents the late Jim (Patt) Shipley, Tony (the late Wally) Jurinen, the late Rudy Lopez.   Further survived by loving aunts and uncles: Jason (Kristy) Bonevelle, Nichole Shipley, Lindsey (Doug) Sicotte, Casandra (Jon) Lennox, Dylan (Kesha) Bonevelle, Derek (Shannon) Bonevelle, Meagan Castro-Lopez (Brett Price).  Cousins Paige, Jacoby, Cooper, Payton, Ainsley, Gianna, Jalen, Braxton, Logan, and Isabella.

Shelly loved Roman beyond measure. They had a very special relationship and loved to cuddle.  He was Shelly's biggest helper.  Even though Roman couldn't be with Shelly all the time, he knew how much Shelly loved him and lived for the times that they could be together.

Roman loved to play with his cousins and spend time with his grandparents.  He loved to play outside and get dirty, but he was also very sensitive and caring. Roman could be found singing and dancing and even changed the words to have his name in the songs.  He had a great sense of humor and loved recording funny sayings with Jacoby.  Paige assumed the big sister role to Roman.  He followed her everywhere and wanted to do everything that Paige could do even if sometimes it was things that he shouldn't be doing.

Roman loved attention.  He made lots of forts and loved to swim.  He loved spending time on his grandpa's boat and swimming with his cousins.  Roman was really smart.  He quickly learned sign language, the Spanish alphabet, and did many at home science projects with his mom.

Roman loved cars and everything about them.  He also loved trains.  Roman went trick or treating as a stop sign and then a stop light in back to back years.

Our lives are forever changed with his passing.
