Found peace on Friday, September 13, 2019 at the age of 51. He is survived by his wife Charlene, “Charley,” of 28 years; his siblings Mary Lou (Richard) Bacon, Jane (Harold) Woolridge, and Jack (Penny) Nissen; his sisters-in-law Marilyn Nissen, Beverly (Tim) McKinnon, Carolyn Brown, and Theresa (Todd) Price; and loving uncle to Tricia, Katie, Julie, Tom, Frank, Nikki, Ashley, Gerid, Jenny, Troy, Justin, Lauren, and Cami. Preceded in death by his parents Robert Sr. and Patricia Nissen and his brother Michael. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Rob was a long term resident of Dousman and owner/operator of Nissen Masonry and Snow Removal. He was an avid deer hunter and fan of Rusty Wallace and the sport of NASCAR. Rob was an extremely loving husband, brother, uncle and friend. He loved Hank Williams Jr, cold beer and his dogs. "He will be greatly missed.”

Visitation will be held from 3 PM until the time of Memorial Service at 4 PM on Friday, September 20, 2019 at St. Bruno’s Catholic Church, 226 W. Ottawa Ave, Dousman, WI. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
